Set to comprise 627 Built-to-Rent apartments across three buildings, Lower Essex Street is a new residential development by The Galliard Apsley Partnership.

In addition, the site is set to present circa 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial space as well as residents' amenities, including a clubhouse, roof garden and courtyards. 

As part of the residents connected home experience, Lightwave are providing full Smart Lighting control throughout the site, allowing clients to utilise Apple Home Kit and other platforms giving a fully interactive experience that can be customised for each user and returned to a default setting for the next occupier.
