Terms & Conditions for Rugby World Cup Giveaway 

1. The Lightwave Rugby World Cup Giveaway ("Giveaway") is organized by Lightwave, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by World Rugby or any other third party.

2. The Giveaway is open to all participants aged 18 years or older, residing in the United Kingdom, except employees of Lightwave and their immediate family members.

3. Giveaway entries open on 12/09/2023 and close on 27/09/2023.

4. To enter the Giveaway, participants must submit their email along with predictions for the teams finishing in first and last place for each of the pools at the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

5. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. Entries submitted on or before 20/09/2023 qualifiy for the following discount:
    2 Predictions Correct: £10 off Lightwave products
    4 Predictions Correct: £20 off Lightwave products
    6 Predictions Correct: £30 off Lightwave products
    8 predictions Correct: £40 off Lightwave products

7. Entries submitted on or before 27/09/2023 qualifiy for the following discount:
    2 Predictions Correct: £5 off Lightwave products
    4 Predictions Correct: £10 off Lightwave products
    6 Predictions Correct: £15 off Lightwave products
    8 predictions Correct: £20 off Lightwave products

8. Discounts do not apply to third party products sold by Lightwave.

9. Discounts will be shared as a unique code to the supplied email address after the final games of the Rugby World Cup pool stages on 08/10/2023.

10. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to grant Lightwave the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

11. Lightwave reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unlawful behavior.

12. Lightwave shall not be held responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions or failures that may occur during the Giveaway.

13. Lightwave reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason beyond its control.

14. By participating in the Giveaway, participants fully release Lightwave from any liability arising from their participation or use of the prize.

15. Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Lightwave's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
